Troloppe is a leading multi-disciplinary property services company,
privately held and incorporated in Nigeria.

We provide bespoke solutions across a range of real estate services
to owners, occupiers and investors. Over the years we have
expanded our services based on core strengths, unrivalled local
expertise, and extensive local and international network.

Our growth has been based on maintaining relationships with our

Oladapo is a seasoned accountant with over 30 years of professional experience. He has held numerous board positions with large institutions including Cornerstone Insurance and is a real estate enthusiast. He graduated in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1985, starting his career as a banker with Nigeria International Bank (Now Citibank Nigeria) in 1986 and later moved to Chartered Bank ( Now Stanbic IBTC) as a pioneering member of their team. He left Commercial Banking in 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Commercial Trust Bank , to start Worthwhile Ventures, owners of Locks ‘n’ Switches a market leader in the provision of building materials.

Laleye is a passionate real estate executive with strong entrepreneurship skills and is highly skilled in strategy, deal origination and execution. In a data weak environment, he has developed one of the largest and most complete real estate databases in West Africa to create an enabling environment towards attracting large ticket investments across the Region. As the founder of Troloppe he has been responsible for steering the business into its current position as well as signing major strategic International and local partnerships across the real estate value chain. His transaction experience includes originating and advising on real estate transactions in excess of $1.2 Billion. He holds Bachelors In Law & Marketing from The University of the West of England, Bristol and Masters in International Business from Webster Graduate School, London.

Babatunde is a chartered Town Planner with a range of built environment roles spanning over 17 years, as a Planning Officer with Epping Forest District Council (UK) and Runnymede Borough Council, prior to setting up Neuber (UK) in 2015 a property consultancy specializing in sourcing, management and private investments. He has held a number of executive level positions including Highbury Town Property Limited (UK), a property investment company specializing in buy to lets and HMO’s in strategically selected locations across the UK and Premier Lotto, Nigeria’s leading ‘gaming’ company. Babatunde holds a Bachelors in Architecture from the University College of the Creative Arts, Canterbury and a Masters in Town Planning from the University of the West of England, Bristol.

Adenekan started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle & LaSalle Investment Management, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor, Adenekan undertook valuations for secured lending purposes in excess of £500 million; and worked in fund / investment management where he actively managed insurance company and pension fund property portfolios in excess of £1.5 billion. Adenekan moved to Ernst & Young in the Real Estate Corporate Finance Group where he was involved in raising debt and equity for real estate transactions. Following Ernst & Young, he joined ABN AMRO at the start of 2006 in the Structured Real Estate Capital team, where he originated, structured and executed transactions in excess of € 2 billion for a wide range of clients. Adenekan; has a first-class B.Sc (Hons) first degree from Kingston University; and an MBA from INSEAD where he was class valedictorian. He is currently Principal at Frisia Partners.

Andre has over 13 years banking experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Structured Finance across latin America. He joined BNP Paribas in 2008 with their structured finance team in Mexico City, prior to moving to their Mergers & Acquisition’s team where he’s currently a Director, shuttling between New York and Mexico City. Andre has extensive cross border transaction experience covering multiple sectors including food and beverages, consumer and retail, building materials, infrastructure, among others with a strong track record leading origination and execution of M&A advisory engagements. He holds a Masters in European Business from ESCP in London and Madrid, and a BA in French, Spanish and European studies from the University of the West of England, Bristol. His entrepreneurial and board room experience spans across multiple sectors including real estate, tech, logistics, finance and the food and beverage sectors

Sammy was born in Ethiopia and later emigrated to Washington DC with her family in 1995 – She is a Registered Nurse , with over 12 years experience in areas of trauma, emergency medicine , critical care, recovery and psychiatry . She moved to Nigeria with her family in 2020 . Her passion for real estate has given her the drive to learn and develop a good understanding of the real estate market. She has great communication skills. She is currently responsible for client engagement on premium residential projects. She holds a Bsc from Towson University and an Msc in Nursing from Walden University

Mbachu Marcus Chidiebere is an accomplished Human Resource Professional with over three years of experience in the field. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and thorough approach, Marcus has gained extensive knowledge of HR international best practices throughout his career. His expertise lies in developing effective HR strategies, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and policy development.

Wale is a passionate real estate professional with over 10 years experience in the real estate industry across investment appraisal, valuation, facilities management and market research. He joined Troloppe in 2015 as an Associate in the Research, where his responsibility included research and analysis as well as investment appraisal . He currently serves as our FM Operations lead and is responsible for driving policies and procedures and compliance by the FM team. Prior to joining Troloppe, he worked with J. Ajayi Patunola & Co as a Research Analyst and Valuation Executive responsible for providing professional value opinion and investment appraisal of different asset classes. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and is also a qualified Facilities Management Professional.
